豬仔腳....
我隻腳變咗豬仔腳呀.................................... 呢兩日對腳水腫得好利害, 特別係腳腕, 行路時覺得d壓力係曬對腳到, 好似要迫爆對腳咁~~~~~~~~~~~~
好彩比我上網見到d大肚婆話飲紅豆水可以消腫, 咁我當然要試下啦!
只要半碗紅豆加4碗水, 煲15分鐘就得啦, 唔可以煲到起"沙", 我唔知可唔可以加糖.
我一日有加糖, 一日無, 飲咗兩日, 再加上"涼"起對腳黎瞓, 同按摩, 今日對腳終於無咁腫啦 =) 我要keep住飲紅豆水先得...
