May be because of STRESS, or i drank too much coffee (the instant coffee i just bought was very nice ar.. really similar to those we drink in coffee shop..LIKE it =p), I couldn't sleep well these few days. wanna to sleep at 2am..but at the end i would fall to sleep at around 3:30am. What can i do to change my sleeping probelm ar?..Maybe i should drink some milk before i sleep la..~___~
Woke up at 10:45 today, cos i met winnie at 11:30 for lunch and bought some chicken wings that i wanna cook for dinner as well.
Studying "perception"..it is a difficult topic that hard to understand ar..@_@.. But i will try hard to understand it ga..^__^ ADD OIL to Me ar ..heehee =)
